Return Policy

At Monoland, we take great pride in creating unique, handcrafted products made from natural materials. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

Custom & Handmade Products

1. All of our items are made to order and handcrafted using natural materials (e.g., flowers, leaves, etc.). As such, each product is unique and may differ slightly in appearance.

2. Custom orders or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once an order is placed, we begin crafting it specifically for you, and due to its personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Non-Custom Products

1. For non-custom items, we accept returns or exchanges only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe the product is defective. We will review your case and provide further instructions.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@monoland.store within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. For accepted returns, the product must be in its original, unused condition and securely packaged.

3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

1. Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of natural materials, we do not accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

We also cannot accept returns for items that are returned without prior approval.
